Muscle Synchronicity

Increase Your Rate Of Force Development

· Arm Wrestling,Training,Focus,How To Win

To be a champion arm wrestler, you need to focus on using every muscle simultaneously when the start is called. If this happens, in arm wrestling, this is called muscle synchronicity.

Practice starts whenever possible so that the following steps happen naturally and are done without having to think about them:

  • putting the elbow down
  • grabbing the peg
  • straightening the shoulders
  • straightening the wrists
  • centering the hands

If these steps are done automatically without having to concentrate on them, you can focus on using muscle synchronicity and winning.

It's arm wrestling, not leg wrestling is what people say but I have pulled one of my hamstrings and one of my calf muscles on more than 5 occasions while arm wrestling. This proves that when you arm wrestle, you use every muscle in the body including the legs.

Your focus should be on the start of the match and using every muscle possible at the same time in the direction you want to move. Use good strategy to know how to move for each match by exposing your opponents weakness and moving the exact way to win.
